Returns and exchanges will be considered on a case to case basis within 10 days of the order being placed, for store credit only.

Returns must be sent back in its original packaging in new and unworn condition. Shipping charges will not be returned. In a return situation buyer is responsible for shipping costs as well as getting the product returned safely.

All sales are final on custom orders. 

Hayes Silver Co. has the right to deny returns.

- Shipping -

All orders placed on ready to ship items will receive 3-7 day shipping with a tracking number provided. Customer is responsible for providing the correct shipping address, Returns will not be provided if package is shipped to the wrong address provided by customer. If the package gets returned to Hayes Silver Co. we will get it shipped out to the correct address and customer will be charged for an additional shipping fee if one shall arise.
